Individual Therapy

Seeking individual therapy is a unique opportunity to gain insight into what continues to fuel negative thoughts, painful feelings, sabotaging behaviors, and difficulties in relationship, with the goal of positive change and growth.

What to expect for your first session. We will discuss your immediate concerns and the reason you are seeking therapy. I will take a personal history beginning with your earliest relationships and past significant events in your life. This gives me the opportunity to begin to know you and gain an understanding of how past events in your life are impacting your emotional well-being and relationships in the present. We will set up immediate goals and proceed collaboratively to uncover your emotional roadblocks.

My aim is to provide a non-judgmental, respectful and healing environment for my clients.

The therapy will be tailored to meet your needs. Sessions for individuals generally run 50 minutes to one hour.
